There is excellent sea fishing around the Gower coastline all year.

Try for mackerel, Sea Bass, Whiting, Cod,  and Sand Dabs and other flatfish in the Burry estuary.

Try spinning for Bass or Mackerel in the summer months or maybe use a float and some Mackerel strip  from the rock ledges.  The sea gullies  that abound  the area between Rhossili and Port Eynon  provide good fishing  but also take a heavy toll on tackle.

There is some coarse fishing in the area   please ask at reception.

For day to day fishing essentials we stock rods, reels, hooks and lures, floats, line, swivels and weights,  and a choice of frozen bait including, squid, sand eel, razor fish and whole and strip mackerel.
